Yvette was a perfect host. She showed us around patiently, explained everything about the cottage, the house and the garden. When we had questions, she was available immediately and made sure that everything is perfectly fine. The cottage itself is super comfy, calm and the place to be if you just need to hang out. At the same time, beach, supermarket and towns are available easily. Looking forward to coming back soon!

This is the most beautiful idyllic place we have ever stayed! It’s even better than in the pictures with it’s lovely garden and the friendly goats. We also loved to watch the chickens and rabbits in the huge peer field close by. We enjoyed sitting on the little porch every breakfast with the morning sun to warm us. Also the little Town Ostkapelle is lovely and the beach, which is not too far, is great and pretty quiet this time of the year. Yvette was a super lovely and great host. She showed us around and was happy to answer our questions, also during the stay. She also prepared a welcome gift of local fruits and cheese. If you want to go to Holland, go to Zeeland and stay in this fantastic little cottage. We would have stayed there much longer and will definitely come back one time 🙂

It was just perfect. A nice and lovely decorated spot. Thank you for that wonderful Time.

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, this is the perfect place to stay! It is close to nature, you can eat breakfast on the patio or do a barbecue in the garden and the village nearby is just picturesque! It’s also the perfect spot to start bicycle tours to different places and beaches in Zealand and Lydia and Yvette are very friendly and helpful hosts.

We had a nice quiet stay in Serooskerke. The host was most welcoming and even gave us a present for our arrival. Our dogs loved the goat and the wide fields. The beaches were real close. It was easy to move around and get some nice views and walks. The cottage is a small dream and decorated with lots of love for detail. The kitchen provided everything to be self-sustainable cookingwise. I would really recommend a stay if you are looking for some quiet days and a getaway from the fast-track that mostly is life nowadays.

We loved the area and our son loved the goat in the garden. It was a clean Appartement and Yvette was a very nice host. Would totally come back!

It’s a cosy little apartment with all the amenities you need. Super clean and functional (e.g. floor heating, walk-in shower, etc…) We had had a really convenient and quiet week at this place. Highly recommended if you are looking for some relaxing and stress-free days by the sea. Perfect!
